Scooter’s Coffee Launches 7 Holiday Drinks With Cold Foam

2026-11-05

Scooter’s Coffee launched its 2026 holiday menu at more than 900 locations across 32 states on November 1, following an app-only early-access period from October 29 to 31. The lineup includes seven beverages and two bakery items. Coconut cold foam appears on the new Colada Craze Red Bull Infusion, while whipped cream finishes four other drinks. For cafés and beverage suppliers, the menu places two distinct topping formats inside one limited-time offer.

Seven Drinks and Two Bakery Items Reach Stores November 1

The full release followed three days of early ordering through the Scooter’s Coffee app. The company lists hot, iced, and blended options for its espresso and chai drinks, with the Red Bull Infusion available iced or blended. Two bakery items complete the seasonal menu: Bah Humbug Butterscotch Muffin and Stocking Stuffer Sugar Cookies.

Tropical Coconut Meets Peppermint and Butterscotch

The menu combines pineapple and coconut with familiar seasonal flavors such as peppermint, butterscotch, and sugar cookie. Chief Marketing Officer Anna Faktorovich said the team wanted the offer to surprise guests because holiday menus can start to blur together. The product mix keeps several returning flavor profiles while adding a tropical direction to the new Colada Craze and Sleighcation drinks.

Cold Foam and Whipped Cream Serve Different Menu Roles

  • Toppings are selected by drink style. Coconut cold foam forms a separate layer over the pineapple-and-coconut Red Bull Infusion. Whipped cream provides the finish on the butterscotch, Candy Cane Chaos, and Santa’s Cookie drinks. This gives each recipe a specific texture and presentation instead of applying one topping across the full menu.
  • Several serving formats need consistent results. Espresso and chai drinks are available hot, iced, or blended. A topping program used across those formats needs repeatable portioning and a texture suited to the drink temperature and serving style.
  • Limited-time menus add supply-planning work. Seven beverages and two bakery items bring multiple syrups, garnishes, and finishing components into the same promotion. Operators need accurate demand forecasts and stock rotation for ingredients with a short sales window.

Holiday Builds Add Finishing-Station Steps

Each additional topping introduces another step at the finishing station. Coconut cold foam needs a chilled, pourable consistency, while whipped cream must hold its shape through handoff. A café developing a comparable menu should test portion size, hold time, and dispenser settings during recipe trials. These checks help teams maintain presentation during peak periods and calculate topping usage per drink.

The menu also illustrates why seasonal planning should separate base ingredients from limited-edition finishes. Pineapple and coconut define the two tropical drinks, while salted toffee, peppermint chips, and colored sprinkles distinguish the other recipes. Listing these components separately makes purchasing, preparation, and stock rotation easier to manage during a short promotion. That level of detail also helps franchise and independent operators decide which components can be prepared centrally and which should be finished to order.
